KMK has world class manufacturing experience and is backed by more than 90,000 sq.m in-house manufacturing facilities located in Shenzhen, Suzhou and Shanghai. These four modern plants equip with fabrication equipment and assembly lines that can produce up to a few thousand kiosks per month. The major fabrication processes that are required to transform sheet metal into kiosk enclosure includes: precision laser cutting; bending and stamping; welding; powder-coating; graphics artwork and quality inspection. Right after the fabrication processes, the kiosk enclosures will be sent down the assembly line for hardware integration, component installation and cable connection.
